While it takes quite a bit for me or my wife to write a review, we felt that our recent experience working with Perry Desiato, justified one.
Through the years, we’ve worked with a number of realtors, both domestic and international. It always seemed to be a struggle as we collectively worked to find the right property for our needs and budget.
Such was not the case with Perry. From the onset, he worked to understand our needs, wants and budget. From there, he showed us some properties to help us fine tune our search. Once we agreed on what we really wanted and could afford, he worked behind the scenes to find that special property. And only then, did he call us to look at the property he felt most confident was what we were looking for. He was absolutely, spot on! It was everything we needed, including location and price.
Perry made the process of buying a property out of state as seamless as possible. He explained each step, made calls as necessary to the Title Company and bank to hasten things along, and even Face Timed us through the property to answer some of our questions. From beginning to end, he was most professional, respecting our time and helping us secure the property we had dreamed about.
