I loved working with Perry on the sale of my Naples, FL condo. He was efficient, energetic, precise and knowledgeable. Also as I had been recently widowed, he was helpful and kind in sorting out details I would not have known how to handle. The topper is his sense of humor. I always felt a happy sense after we dealt with each other. I would work again with him if the opportunity arose.
