We have sold and purchased six homes in the past 20 years.  Perry towers above any other agent we have ever dealt with in the past. He is a no-nonsense guy. He tells it like it is without fluff to make you feel good. During our sale, Perry hand delivered documents that the other agent was supposed to deliver, Thereby making the closing happen when it was scheduled. He pointed out any flaws in a property that we thought had no flaws. He was right. On our new purchase, he showed us only homes that met our criteria. After the purchase of the new home, Perry was instrumental in getting us help to improve the new home.  He not only got us help but he was the reason the contractor did the work in a timely manner. Perry does not dress for a shoWewing like he is going to a party, but he gets the job done and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the deal.  In closing I want you to know Perry is not a relative and did not give us any commission. We may have gotten a bottle of wine.
